Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GovCon ProposalEngine (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

GovCon ProposalEngine is an AI-powered proposal automation platform that helps U.S. government contractors respond to federal RFPs, generate compliance matrices, manage proposal knowledge bases, and produce proposal documents. The Service is provided on a subscription or per-use basis as described on our pricing page.

Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

• Use the Service to produce fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive proposal representations
• Upload documents containing classified information (the Service is not authorized to process classified material)
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties without authorization
• Use the Service in a manner that violates any government procurement regulation

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including your proposals, documents, and knowledge base materials. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

GovCon ProposalEngine, its technology, and all platform content (excluding your uploaded materials) remain the intellectual property of Guldstreet.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. One-time (Tactical) purchases are charged at time of order. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. GovCon ProposalEngine does not guarantee that use of the Service will result in winning any government contract. The AI-generated content is a drafting tool and requires human review before submission. We are not liable for any losses arising from submitted proposals, missed requirements, or procurement outcomes.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of your current billing period. You may export your data before termination. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms immediately and without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
