We also collect information automatically when you use the service, including log data (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited), usage data (features used, RFPs processed, documents uploaded), and device information.

Data Isolation Between Tenants
GovCon ProposalEngine operates on a hard multi-tenant isolation model. Your uploaded documents, generated proposals, and knowledge base content are completely isolated within your organization's workspace. Your data is never used to train AI models, never surfaces in another organization's workspace, and is accessible only to user seats within your own organization.
Payment Information
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. GovCon ProposalEngine does not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment card details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment information.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics. These vendors are contractually required to protect your information.
Data Retention
We retain your account information and uploaded documents for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period afterward to allow for account recovery or dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at [email protected].

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
